For correct reaction and finish development, Deco Patinas must be applied only over compatible liquid metal base coatings from our brand. The patina effect forms through a chemical reaction with real metal particles present in the liquid metal surface.

When to buy Green Patina?
When you want classic verdigris blue-green aging on copper, bronze, or brass surfaces created using our liquid metal base systems.

When to buy Brown Patina?
When you want warm, earthy antique tones on brass or bronze only, applied over our liquid metal base coatings.

When to buy Black Patina?
When you want deep charcoal or ebony oxidation on copper, bronze, or brass surfaces formed over our liquid metal base systems.

Required Base System:
All Deco Patina Kits must be applied over liquid metal coatings from our brand. Patinas will not react or perform correctly on paints, metallic paints, foils, or non-metal substrates.
